Please confirm that you have checked the manufacturer's size chart and followed the measuring instructions provided.  Even when ordering a "IN-STOCK" item we require you to enter your Bust, Waist, and Hip measurements in inches so we can confirm that the size you are ordering is correct. We don't want to ship you something that might not fit!

During open store hours we can be extremely busy, especially on weekends, and you might get a voice mail box. Kindly leave your phone number and that you are interested in purchasing a gown from our mbprom.com, plus the best time and number to reach you. We are quite good at calling customers back.

Match Price Guarantee

We will match any legitimate competitor's price. A legitimate competitor is one that does not sell counterfeit dresses and can be found on the designers' website store locator as an authorized retailer. We do not sell any dress line that we do not have an account with. If you find a lower price at an authorized competitor, in the comment box at checkout please write the competitor's name and the price you want us to match along with the website link to the dress.  

Return Policy

By purchasing merchandise online, you understand that we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer store credits. All sales are final.

We will only use your information to process your online purchase. Credit card purchases may show as The Gerlisberg Group, Inc., our corporate name, or MB Bride, our DBA.
